Loss
HUGE changes stem from personal loss. Chosen, forced, temporary or permanent… deep personal loss has transformed who I am and the direction of my life.
I fight everyday to accept and integrate the pain that hasn't let me forget. I focus my mind on the opening of space the loss has left behind and the opportunity to replace it with something greater. I doubt something exists. And I remember that everything I have doubted in my past is the result of an “old story” working to limit me from reaching my potential. Integrate the pain.
