My mom actually asked me why I didn't want another kiddo in the next year or two. Oh you know actually finishing graduate school, actually sleeping, and enjoying the Zoph as an only kiddo.

DO NOT REBLOG Zophie Michelle Born May 8, 2016 at 2:38 pm 7 lb 15 oz and 19 1/2 inches An L&D triage visit to check for leaking amniotic fluid turned into an induction at 39 weeks due to elevated blood pressure. Thankfully the induction worked and after 14 hours of labor with 2 1/2 hours of pushing little miss was born vaginally.

Mistake of the day: starting to deep clean the house when I have to work until next Wednesday and won't be able to finish. Also now I hurt all over. Stupid nesting

Baby update

I’m nearly 23 weeks along. Everything is going swell. We found out last week that Baby S is a girl. Miss Zophie will be storming into our lives in mid May. I can finally really feel her and I love it.

Anatomy Scan

My OB doesn't do anatomy scans until you are at least 20 weeks. But I finally have a scan date for January 5, 2016. I'll be 21 weeks and 3 days. I'm already excited!

Obgyn called finally!

My HCG levels did double in 48 hours and were 187 on Friday. That's up from 83 on Wednesday. My doctors are happy with that and scheduled a scan next Monday to rule out an ectopic due to my history. I'm still cautiously optimistic. Positive vibes.
