Sometimes, i make the point, and i invite you to take a few minutes to think about it:

Where am i now ? Professionally, sentimentally, relationally, spiritually, personnally

Where do i want to go ? What areas need my attention now ?

What is the one thing i really want to change?

Am i ready to sacrifice things for this change?

Premier jour de l'année. J'ai pris la décision de réellement commencer à mettre en pratique ce que j'apprends de mes lectures/podcasts etc de développement personnel aujourd hui. C'est une façon symbolique de commencer un nouveau chapitre de ma vie au commencement d'une nouvelle année.

Une page vierge pour un nouveau projet.

Évidemment, il faut de la mise en place de routines et de nouvelles habitudes. Cela prendra du temps, mais cela en vaut la peine.
