Poetry at Play is a newly established poetry event which seeks to promote, showcase and encourage poetry conversations in Cape Town. Hosted by poet Winslow Schalkwyk, this inaugural event features Roche Kester, Melisizwe Moni and 2 music video launches. There is also an Open-Mic. To register email [email protected] and secure your place on the open mic list.
REALRozzano will be providing the beats and breaks for the evening. The venue: Play Bar and Grill, 161 Voortrekker Road, Goodwood. Doors open at 8:30pm. Cover charge is R20 before 9pm and R30 thereafter.
