Pester’s Rules (cause even -we- gotta have those!)

If you submit an audition video you are agreeing that you have read and agree to all of the following rules.

1. You agree to attend the convention you are applying for. We usually announce cast 1 week prior to the convention, if you confirm you are going, we expect you to be there. Failure to notify within reasonable time will result in banning from future cast opportunities.

2. You agree that you have read the entire comic and all the most current updates .

3. Pester Some Chums is a 13+ panel. Please try to control language and if we talk about shipping, keep it age appropriate. For our 18+ panel, anything goes as far as language or questions. However please use discretion when possible and stay in character and as canon as possible.

4. You may audition for both Pester Some Chums and PSC Pailing Edition in the same video and email. You do not need to do seperate videos. However you must be at least 18 years old to be a part of the 18+ panel. You may request to do only one panel or the other in your submission.

5. Wardrobe. Kids - Can wear any canon outfit. Trolls - Basic outfit or main timeline cannon god tiers are ok, but no wings. There just isn't usually enough space for that.

6 We don’t want to cut people off unnecessarily, but if it fits you can talk out of line, just keep it in character. Also remember that while your character may be rude to other characters if it’s in character. Please respect your fellow panelist.

7. Shipping questions will come up. Please try your best to answer this as in character and as cannonly possible .

8. You will be expected to arrive 20 minutes before the panel in your cosplay and ready to go. This will give us time to answer any last minute questions and set up the room.

9. We try to do a meet-up before the panel at the convention. We will spend about an hour together in character so that we can get familiar with each other.

10. Have fun! These panels are meant to be for enjoyment for the attendees and the panelists. Stay in character and have fun with it.

Audition Requirements:

You will need to make a video in character. You’re welcome to answer the following questions, or expand on them to include character shenanigans. This is an improv panel, so please remember that while we do want to see how well in character you can be, we also want to see how you answer questions live so please do not read from a script or have your answers completely memorized. During the actual panel you willnot have access to scripts. Also please keep the audition video to 8 minutes or less. All videos MUST be un-edited in any way. However you may add your photos in at the end.

Attire - For the video please be in full cosplay. Trolls you do not have to wear body paint as long as you have a picture of yourself in full paint available.

Questions:

1. What do you think of your best friend/Moirail?

2. So, what do you really think of ____ (someone close to your character of your choice)?

3. So what are you doing in your free time lately?

4. How do you really feel about your guardian/lusis?

5. So now that you're in the game, are you glad you decided to play?

6. So as a human/troll, what do you think about the trolls/humans?

7. So.... what do you really think about buckets?

8. When you ascended to God tier, how did it feel? How does it feel now with all of this power? If you haven’t gone God tier: Are you jealous of the ones who have?

Out of character, please answer the following:

1. Your Name and Age.

2. Character & convention you are applying for.

3. Which panel you are submitting for or both (if applicable).

4. Why you think you’d be a good fit for Pester Some Chums.

5. Pictures of your cosplay in full (props, wigs, makeup, etc). You can skip this part in the video if you wish. But please attach them to the email. We use this on our website if you are accepted, and to see body paint for trolls.

Submission Process:

You will need to send an email to [email protected]. Included in this email needs to be the following:

1. Character and Convention you are applying for in the subject line.

2. Your video either as a link to youtube or attached.

3. Your Name, Age & Location

4. Character & convention you are applying for. (Yes, again please.)

5. A small statement saying you are have read and agree to the rules stated.

5. Pictures of your cosplay in full (props, wigs, makeup, etc). Please attach them to the email, since we use these photos on the website if you are accepted, and to also see trolls in full paint.

How to Audition!

Want to audition? It's really easy!

1. Read the Rules Below.

2. Make an audition video in character.

3. Email [email protected] your audition video and make sure to answer the out of character questions in the email or in your video.

4. We will respond to you as soon as possible to let you know we’ve received your audition. If we have any further questions, we will email you. Cast announcements will depend on number of auditions, but usually take place 1 week before the convention.

5. Accepted entries will be announced on the main page, the tumblr, and the facebook page.
