**The 5-Minute Breakfast Hack Everyone's Obsessed With**

Ingredients (UK & US):

• 2 tbsp basil pesto (jarred or homemade)

• 2 large eggs

• 2 slices sourdough bread (or thick white bread)

• 30g (approx 2 tbsp) feta cheese, crumbled

• Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

• Hot honey or chilli flakes to finish

Method:

1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and spread the pesto in the centre of the pan in a thin layer. Let it sizzle for about 30 seconds.

2. Crack the eggs directly on top of the sizzling pesto.

3. Cover the pan with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes if you prefer set yolks, or leave uncovered for runny yolks.

4. While the eggs cook, toast your sourdough bread.

5. Slide the pesto eggs onto your hot toast, top with crumbled feta, black pepper, and a drizzle of hot honey or chilli flakes. Enjoy!
