I found the original design on-line through MVRDV. "The house is really straightforward but it offers a very interesting experience, especially when you come in, you are really surprised to look down all the way, and it sort of has a view through the house along the slope," adds the architect.

Bellaire Classic Modular 2-Story Home 3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - garage - front porch and patio in back - No CC This is a pet-ready (doggie specific) home. I built it for a large, middle-income, family in Riverblossom Hills. The yard has plenty of space in back for gardening. I hope you have a family who will like living here too. Enjoy! I was able to build this one pretty much exactly to the original Floor Plan, with the exception of one bathroom. The extra upstairs bathroom is not included.

The garage and internal stairs were made with Mootilda's Grid Adjuster. The lot has been shrunk to 20X40 with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster. Thank you, Moo!
