Weeks / Supaloc Cross Promotion > TVC x6

March 2017 > Once again Creative Agency Klik & Urban Cine's Pete Hall got together to produce a series of TVCs to promote Supaloc for the Weeks Building Group.

As always a great deal of care was taken to ensure Weeks' homes looked as good on camera as they do to the eye. Therefore thoughtful light shaping was required.

Pete found it a fun shoot working with Keith Schleiger, Channel Nine's Foreman in the TV Show "The Block". It was quite a technical shoot & Keith did a great job with all the variations.

It was also first time working with Visual Effects Supervisor, Carlo Andreacchio. Carlo was extremely easy to work with & Pete feels the end products demonstrated everybody was on the same page.

Weeks Building Group > Not Years, Just Weeks > TVC (x2)

December 2016 > The idea with this TVC was to keep it clean & simple, therefore putting maximum emphasis on the story of a typical young South Australian who has struggled to save due to life’s many challenges.

Fairmont Homes > South > TVC

November 2016 > The challenge with this TVC was timing the weather so we guaranteed sun, sun & more sun. The aim was to depict a safe environment for families of all ages close to just one of the many great beaches along Adelaide's coastline.

State Opera > Tosca > TVC

November 2016 > For four nights in November 2016 State Opera SA presented Tosca by Puccini. Puccini an Italian opera composer who has been called "the greatest composer of Italian opera after Verdi".

The return of this incredible opera to Adelaide has been long-awaited, & this production did not disappoint. Soprano Kate Ladner returned to the Festival Theatre stage as the actress Floria Tosca – a role she was born to play. Her lover, the painter Mario Cavaradossi, was sung by the golden voiced tenor Rosario La Spina & as his arch nemesis Baron Scarpia, baritone Mario Bellanova once again brings his powerful presence to bear.

Adelaide based Production Company RedBikini was commissioned to produce an engaging TVC on a budget to promote Tosca. We decided to base the visuals around "The Painter", therefore local Artist Jack Court painted Tosca advertising material on to glass.

October 2016 > As per the Mercedes Benz Adelaide TVC shot late last year for Adelaide Production Company RedBikini, I took on the role as Gaffer & lightweight Grip, & again stepped up to shoot the second day. On this occasion DoP Mark Cowley was chosen & set a precedent. This job was the result of a combined effort not only by myself & Mark, but as always everybody involved.

Weeks Building Group > 52 Weeks > TVC x2

Once again I teamed up with Klik Advertising, this time to create a stylish TVC for the Weeks Building Group. The aim was to emphasis by building with Weeks there’s plenty left over for extras.

As you can imagine many layers were captured to allow the soft furnishings to appear, & of course there were several green screen shots. The boys from Klik did a great job with the transitions. And I should add the Ursa Mini handled the green screens beautifully.
