This is one of favorite meals to have for breakfast 🍳 Sprouted whole grain toast, avocado, and a sunny side up egg. I am 💯% a morning person...However i think this is only because i love the quiet moments before the day starts off. Taking a moment to thank God for the sunrise out my window & the smell of 😚☕️ .
