Interesting turn of events re: #strapperlife
So to those Aussie followers, and horse racing enthusiats, you’ve all heard something about Peter Moody (the guy who trained Black Caviar, most notably) in the news of late regarding this Cobalt drug scandal. Anyway, it looks as if he’s losing his license over the whole thing, for how long i do not know, nor do i know any other specifics. So how does this affect me? Well we currently have 92 horses at our little stable, and half to one third of them are Moody’s pre-trainers and breakers - the ones I work with. We’re looking to lose all those horses within the week. AKA what the hell am i going to be doing there cause i have no interest in riding race horses.
Personally, and by that i mean for me personally, i believe its a sign that at this part of my personal journey i’m ready and need to apply for the jobs i’ve been avoiding applying for. It will be interesting to see how all of this unfolds over the coming week.
