Spoilers for the clean break pt2
Dang Nureyev that is one fragrant, nay, PUNGENT colonge you got there, holy hell. Whomst is the supplier?? Where is the source?? How on earth is this smell strong enough to (A) stick around in an apartment for weeks, and (B) float through walls??? Or linger after he's been somewhere, not too sure how or where he pulled off what his did in the prison but either way it's not like he was very close by or for sure he would have been scented IMMEDIATELY with an odour like that.
Or, potentially, Juno has the sense of smell of a bloodhound. Now that I think of it, that could possibly be a contributing factor to his detective skills.
(All jokes of course, I was rolling on the floor after this most recent episode like the rest of you)
Isn’t this Nureyev and Juno at the end of season 2?
i’m dead UGHDJSHSKSHS i’m deeeaaaddd.
The penumbra (junoverse specifically) ruins me every time I listen to it.
It’s like it kisses me softly and tell me everything will be ok while tearing open every wound I’ve ever gotten.
Having the worst time trying to figure out Juno’s Vibes. Specifically clothing vibes. For other characters it’s easy. Rita probably wears sweaters stained with nail polish and get caught in her earrings pretty much every time she turns her head. Rex Glass dresses like someone far too serious for how he acts, Duke Rose absolutely wears a fedora with a rose gold ribbon (to match with his wife, of course), Peter Nereyev would wear absolutely anything formal as long as it had pockets (after all, where else is he going to put incriminating evidence until he forgets about it?)
But I can’t get a good handle on Juno’s style. He’s like the one in the group that would decide a shirt he found in the dumpster is a good thing to wear to a fancy party and spend every minute before a heist trying to pick rings based on how much it would suck to be punched by and how pretty they are. He’s the dude who would show up to the bachelorette party (his, I feel like I should specify) covered in vomit and wearing a Garfield t-shirt. He’s the guy that shows up in perfectly clean and neat suit five minutes after you woke him up. He’s the one that makes Peter flinch every time he enters a room because I refuse to let you wear the cowboy hat vest again, no its not ‘formal wear’ just because you wore it to a funeral, how did I marry you again
Beyond the fact that his goal is probably to make everyone suffer with his clothing choices, I have no vision of his wardrobe in my mind. When he’s at the detective agency, does he dress like 1950s detective? Maybe? When Rita’s trying to get him to go to sleep, does he even have a coat to use as a terrible pillow? Probably, honestly. the only solid image I have of him is a dramatic shot, Hyperion City’s neon lights cutting shadows into the stupid, stupid Private Eye trying to twist his way out of his weird trench coat.
Reposting these with black highlight so its hopefully easier to read :]
Everytime a penumbra character monologues I imagine them in love island !!
Im only 7 episodes into the penumbra podcast and im already attached to this Peter guy. And if anything happens to him I WILL cry.
