[Petit French Rolls] Plain type of breakfast bun, with some crust on the outside and soft texture inside. Not the typical Asian buns. Good to go with some bacon and eggs. . . . . Recipe by cook kafemaru Ingredients (8 bread rolls): - 150gr bread flour - 8gr sugar - 2gr salt - 40gr water - 60gr milk - 2gr dry yeast - 12 gr unsalted butter - bread flour as needed for sprinkle - 16gr (8x2gr) salted butter for topping Directions: - Mix bread flour, sugar, and salt - Mix water, milk and dry yeast, then pour to the flour mixture - Knead until it forms a dough - Add butter and knead again - Make around shape, cover with cloth or plastic wrap, and leave at a warm place to rise until it doubled in size - Deflat the dough and divide to 8 pieces and make a round shape.
