Une flamme sort de sa lampe à huile, et il se sert d'une sorte de paille coudée en métal dans laquelle il souffle pour diriger la flamme vers le bijou posé sur un petit matelas d'amiante. Pour quelques roupies il peut réparer votre alliance en or, un collier en argent, ... Il peut même tester si vos bijoux sont réellement de valeur ou juste en toc.

A flame comes out of his oil lamp, and he uses a kind of bent straw of metal in which he blows to direct the flame towards the jewel placed on a small mat of asbestos. For a few rupees he can repair your gold wedding ring, a silver necklace, ... It can even test whether your jewelry is actually valuable or just fake one.
