if you've wondered why I've been quiet this month, it's two fold;

Work and health 😂

Picture taken right before i went ahead and stamped the lettering in, then baked it. The loop so it can be hung as a pendant on something is already made now and the master sculpt is in a silicone mold poured last night that i get to go cut open today :3

Author life update;

*screams into a pillow. It does not do much to middle the noise*

I've got a small handful of tests and talks to do with a variety of specialists

And then my doctor's are going to look at giving me an official diagnosis of Fibromyalgia.

That should probably sound very upsetting but I'm actually excited / relieved. I've been aware i probably have Fibromyalgia (or something very similar, testing so far is leaving towards Fibro) for like six years now, so I'm well over that absorption of knowledge and processing things.

I've been trying to find answers for my medical struggles since highschool. I'm about to turn thirty.

Bro that's FIFTEEN YEARS of ACTIVELY seeking doctor help. Most those years were spent just trying to convince any of them I was not making up my symptoms.

Feels good to finally be in a spot in life where they not only take me seriously but actually engage me in real discussion about things, and offer what solutions we can.

There's sadly not a lot to be done for my condition, I'm prepared to love with it for the rest of my life and already have been, but there's a lot of good things that can come from having the diagnosis, and they're actively studying and working on attempted cures and treatments for fibromyalgia. So we'll see what the future holds.

In the meantime, please wish me luck keeping up with my Symbiotes, and winning my disability case, because gods Almighty do i need the luck.

Smilodon is ready for silicone tomorrow and I’m going to see if I can get the gem eyed wolf set up for it too before I quit for the night.

Getting back into pewter casting 😊

Steve the Squid (Grayson) and I did some pewter casting today using old molds of mine. Although the results were not pristine looking, we were pretty successful. The first picture shows our last attempt compared to the attempts recently.

I have completed my first pewter casting. They're for a personal bit, meant to look unpolished. It is the goblin stance.

I am going to finish a Smilodon gem eyed pendant or die trying.

…I am also going to finish a wolf gem eyed pendant or die trying. Going to go carve at that one after Smilodon for maximum fresh eyes. Hopefully it shouldn’t take TOO long…
