So! The Prisma Force 5 are all in a big ol' overlapping polycule, but not all of them feel equally in love with one another. There's a baseline amount of fondness there between all of them, but things vary. For the "fair" relationships: They feel comfortable being affectionate and talking about personal feelings, but they're not the first the other would go to for comfort or to talk. They also don't tend to be very affectionate or intimate 1 on 1, but feel comfortable doing so with others around. For example, Mimzy and Vesper probably wouldn't cuddle just the two of them, but they'd cuddle with the two of them and another crewmate. There's also a lack of direct physical attraction here, just emotional attraction.
For the "strong" relationships: Think the usual dating expectations. Intimate, affectionate, and comfortable talking about especially deep or difficult things. They're just as happy being intimate 1 on 1 as they are with the group. Physical attraction might be present, but isn't always.
--Side note; I debated giving Vesper and LI-10 their own separate color between "Strong" and "Very strong." They have a meaningful emotional connection, maybe the strongest in the crew, but it's not necessarily romantic. It's kind of on the line between romantic and platonic. Maybe queerplatonic is the word I'm looking for? Not entirely sure. Vesper's more dedicated to his romantic relationship with Enzo (which LI-10 supports fully), but if he's dealing with something difficult he'll seek out LI-10 to talk about it before he seeks out Enzo, and Vesper is who LI-10 seeks out first as well. The fact that they're both able to speak bluntly and honestly without judgment creates a unique sort of emotional safety. Not because the others are judgemental, but because they'll always try to understand, and sometimes Vesper and LI-10 don't even understand themselves.
For the "very strong" relationships: None of them are married, but imagine this being the jump from dating to married. They're dedicated pairs, and it's kind of silently accepted that if everything fell apart these pairs would choose each other over anyone else. They're also physically attracted to one another and the most frequently intimate. They love the whole crew, but also make sure to have dedicated 1 on 1 time with their person.
