i wanna say its sam who finds darlin and Quinn. the scene is identicle to when sam found the newborns and quinn knows that. he starts taunting sam about how if he's willing to turn the poor little wolf to save them. quinn then mentions angel, how if it was angel in this situation, if he was willing to rip away their mortality. the minute quinn mentioned angel, sam was ready to tear hi apart, but darlin was loosing too much blood and he doesnt have enough magic to heal them. he picks darlin up and starts running back to the healing tents to get them some help.

Quinn smiled at Sam as Darlin’s blood drips from his mouth. When he starts taunting him about turning Darlin’, Sam knows he’s just trying to get under skin. But when he mentions turning Angel, Sam snaps and attacks Quinn, almost dying in the process as he try’s to rip his throat out for even having Angel’s name in his mouth. But Sam knows when to retreat so he quickly grabs Darlin’ and books it to the healing tents before Quinn can follow
