Okay, so -> selection “quick selection tool” then zoom as much as needed and select the outline wanted -> ctrl+c /// Copy -> add a new layer and paste /// ctrl+v -> right click on the new layer, you should see “blending options” : click -> you then have to check mark “stroke” And there you go... I hope so :D the choice of size and colour is all yours I hope I helped ♥ @pfftclifford
