my first piece(s) in illustrator conceived/executed completely on my own without and tutorials or references! i'm quite happy with how it turned out and put together a few different icons and banners/wallpapers based upon the hanging plant. what do you guys think? xoxo, m

more graphics! just some different versions or a laptop and other desky things. when i’m at the lab where i work, there’s often a lot of waiting involved and we don’t have wifi so i’ve just been playing around in ai. hope you enjoy! xoxo, m

surprise surprise! more graphics! making these cacti was super fun and the first thing i’ve made in illustrator without using a tutorial for reference. i’m pretty proud of myself (even tho the design is simple) and i really like the colors :)          xoxo, m

a more polished version of yesterday’s coffee cup (key word: relative. this is by no means perfect). this one was also actually made in illustrator. after hours of troubleshooting the download, i finally got it to work... xoxo, m

sooooo this is my first time playing around with graphic design (outside of canva templates which don’t really count...) and it’s not perfect but i like? this is based off an adobe illustrator “tutorial” (it really was more of a speedpain bc i couldn’t tell what the guy was doing) but i did it on photoshop because i was having problems downloading illustrator (i have it now tho!) it was equal parts fun and frustrating and the stupid overlapping shadows still drive me nuts but eh? here’s to learning new things xoxo, m
