The mists knew him; they claimed him. They could sense Allomancy.
Why do the mists always sound like a living entity? Isn’t it just, yknow, a freaky natural occurrence? It’s not like it’s the collective souls of ancestors long past, or a really really spread out d&d slime. ....Right?
This book makes me question sanity itself.
He Pushed against the coin before it hit the ground, the force of his weight driving it downward in a sharp motion. As soon as it hit the cobblestones, Kelsier’s Pushing forced him upward, turning the second half of his leap into a graceful arc.
Oh oh oh hold up, I get it! It’s like selective magnetism! ...anti-magnetism? Is there a word specifically when you get two similar poles together and they repel instead of attract?...
So, Kelsier is basically doing a Spider-Man web-slinging move with Magneto powers!

" — Tem certeza de que é muito tarde? — ele pergunta, a voz grave e persuasiva.
