i see the joke here though, considering ~ATH means death and karkat’s coding often never works, therefore all loops are continuous, leading to a dead one, which sucks
man when i used to do it, not ~ATH lol, but just coding in general, i remember trying to run a program but it just continued looping and the end result was a unlimited supply of “WELCOME” which never ended when i ran it, went on forever. kinda just stared at it for a while before stopping the run. we had to program a game for our final and it was frustrating when you knew nothing.
but the thing i ABSOLUTELY hated most????
the fucking flowcharts
mmh i dont know much about coding, did it for a bit in highschool?? but this looks wrong lmfao no wonder he sucks at it

It be a thizzle programm'n manual called "~ATH - A HANDBOOK FO` THA IMMINENTLY DECEAZE'."
~ATH be an insufferable language ta wizzle wit style. Its logic be compoze' of nuttin but infinite loops, or at best, L-to-tha-izzoops of effectively interminable construction.
Tha above P-to-tha-izzage 'n tha intro sectizzle docizzles the simplizzle possible ~ATH code structure. Any code saggin' from dis basic structure will nizzy compile.
You hiznave a whole B-to-tha-izzunch of cizzle samples you been mess'n around wit on yo' computa. It bizzay frustrat'n at best, n stylin' ta yo' machizzle at worst.
> Karkat like this and like that and like this and uh: Leave yo' rizzy straight from long beach.
