Mika’s an incredibly chill cat and Hiro is very well trained, so yeah I can see them getting along even during Hiro’s off-duty time. As for the Izukus...

How heavily scarred is Touya in PGAP (his family isn't letting him run around stapled, right)? Also you know what I was thinking about: PGAP!Shouto and Tokoyami could probably bond - I doubt Tokoyami particularly enjoys getting praised for his uber strong Quirk either, considering it gets super violent and out-of-control and also has its own brain. Plus, I actually think PGAP!Shouto might find some of Toko's emo nonsense therapeutic (in the "free to feel emotions" kind of way)

Touya is still pretty scared like he is in canon, but the scars on his face look different, and that’s all I’ll say on that.

I think you’re right! At the moment PGAP Shouto is still getting used to having positive interactions with his peers, so being able to relate to others in any capacity is a big goal of his.

Who were the people that voted Hiro to be the class president?

I took a while to answer this and I don’t know why because I actually knew the answer to this going in, as in I fully planned it ahead of time.

The breakdown of votes was as follows:

Shouji Mezou - |Midoriya Izuku - |||Ojiro Mashirao - |Hiyamizu-kun’s dog - ||||| ||||Bakugou Katsuki - |Shinsou Hitoshi - |Yaoyorozu Momo - |||Aoyama Yuuga - |

With two exceptions, everyone who received a vote, voted for themselves. One of those exceptions is obviously Hiro, but the other is Shinsou; his single vote was from Kirishima, who assumed everyone would vote for themselves and was trying to bring Shinsou’s count up to two.

Izuku’s other two votes came from Hagakure, who he defended from Aizawa’s “logical ruse” during the quirk apprehension test, and Asui, who was convinced to vote for him by that incident as well as his demonstration of skill during the heroes vs. villains exercise.

Shouto already copped to voting for Yaoyorozu. Her third vote came from Iida, who was impressed by how she took charge during the practical exercise. (While Izuku also took charge, Iida saw his rebellion against Aizawa’s authority on the first day as a point against him.) Fun fact, Iida saw Shouto as an excellent candidate for the position, and probably would have voted for him had Shouto not bowed out of the contest entirely.

The students who voted Hiro for class president were Kaminari (thought it’d be funny), Shinsou (thought it’d be hilarious), Satou (thought it’d be cute),  Uraraka (wanted to see Iida’s reaction and was not disappointed), Jirou (thought the election was kinda bullshit anyway), Sero (peeked at Jirou’s ballot), Kouda (knows that Hiro is the most qualified candidate), Ashido (wants to watch the world burn), and Tokoyami (took too long to decide and panicked).

Hi, I really like all your writings??? They're so frikking good????? What the heck man these make me feel so many complex emotions????? (Also in PPaG, will Shinsou's quirk only work on 1 person or several people? Because canon has him brainwash 2 people at assumedly the same time but then was later explained that he can only do it to one person at a time?? Anyways love your works dude!)

As for Shinsou, my take is that at the moment he can only do 1 person at a time, and multiple simultaneous brainwashes is something he’s gotta work up to.

Kouda definately needs to confer with Hiro about the very important topic of class governance at some point. Who better to determine the president's opinion on things? Actually, I wonder what type of suggestions Hiro would have. Mid day nap and cuddle break? Morning jog around campus? Tastier dog treats at lunch? XD

Honestly it’s probably for the best that Kouda doesn’t do this, because all of Hiro’s suggested class policies would revolve around loving and appreciating Shouto at every opportunity, it would just get embarrassing after a while.
