Unfortunately, the soulmate AU is only intended to be a oneshot. I might write more of it, but if I do, it’s definitely not right now because I’ve been working on it since Monday and I’m a bit burnt out of it right now.

In this universe at least, my idea is that if your soulmate is killed, their death wound appears on you for a few seconds before vanishing, but you continue to feel their pain until they actually die. Most people can sense their soulmates die; there’s an extra sensation to it besides just a sudden cessation of pain.

If you could have any view from your bedroom window what would you choose?I would choose a seaside view with a lighthouse in the distance with the ocean waves thrumming against the sands. The occasional person would walk by with companions be them human or animal. Preferably in an area where I can watch the sunrise and sunset and have little to no light pollution so I can gaze at the stars.

What’s your favorite thing to do on a sunny day?That depends if it’s humid or not. If it’s not humid, I enjoy hanging out with friends outside, walking around, playing some sort of physical game. If I’m near the ocean or a pool, beach-combing or swimming. If it’s humid, stay inside.

What do you consider lucky?Catching public transportation as you arrive.

What made you smile today?I don’t think I genuinely smiled today yet. I’m pretty sure I’ll smile when I meet up with a good friend of mine later today. She always makes me smile and I love hearing about her new job because she loves it so much better than her last one.

What makes you happy?Petting/hugging/playing with animals, being with my friends, riding on a boat, being at the beach, climbing things, alcohol.
