Dan is the type of boyfriend who would wrap his whole body around you when he hugs you. Like, you know those days when you just feel sad af, but for no real reason so you don't mention it? He would be great at those. He wouldn't really know why you were sad but he wouldn't really know what to say anyway so instead he just gently pulls you onto his lap with a tug on your arm and he'd wrap his arms around you and tuck your head into the crook of his neck with a little kiss on your head and you would be fighting back a smile and he'd just hum a little bit and run his fingers along the skin of your waist. He tells you he loves you for the first time.

Dan: You look down from the tv screen to your hand and find it intertwined in Dan's. You smile, noticing how each of his long fingers fitted perfectly in between each of yours. You look up and find him staring at you, making you blush slightly. He smiles and you do too. You had been best friends for years and recently you had started to become something more. Neither of you had made it official or talked about it, you both just let it be. You found yourselves holding each others hands, leaning on each other and staring into each others eyes naturally in the most random of times, It was pure and simple, just how you both liked it. Dan takes hold of your other hand, 'Y/N, I don't know how to say this, but I get this feeling when I'm around you. I always have, but it's even stronger now. It gives me butterflies, makes me feel like a child again and it's so, so beautiful. I guess what I'm trying to say Y/N is, I love you..' Your heart flips and Dan looks down, rubbing his eyes. 'I love you too Dan.' You reply. He looks up immediately, looking at you with smiling eyes. 'You do?' He asks. You smile, 'Yes Dan, I always have.'

Phil: You and Phil decided to spend the day playing video games and watching television. You were originally friends but have acted like a couple for so long you don't know when you started. You were playing Mario Kart and surprisingly enough, you were beating him. The final lap finishes and you throw your controller down, raising your hands in the air. 'CHAMPION!...again.' You exclaim proudly. Phil pouts jokingly, 'You always win, I hate you.' He says. He rubs your arm feeling sorry for saying something remotely mean, 'I'm only joking, I love you really.' He mutters. You smile 'You do?' You ask, your heartbeat growing faster. 'I do actually, I really do. I love you Y/N.' He says, his eyes growing larger as he leans slightly forward so he's closer to you. 'I love you too Phil.' You say before kissing his cheek softly.
