hello! i'm really happy that you've finally gotten your binders, but i just want to remind you that you shouldn't bind for more than 4 hours at a time when your body isn't used to it ((eventually you'll be able to bind for 8 hours at a time)). and if something hurts, take it off immediately. no matter how dysphoric you're feeling. when i just got mine i sometimes wore it for 12-13 hours and that was a bAd ideA because i still have back troubles from that :/ so pleeaaseee bind carefully!! ^_^

oh okay. i’ve binded longer than that oops. nothing happened from it though, it’s not doing constricting a ton of tissue since i’m only like a B cup but i’ll keep that in mind, thank you. :)
