Christine playing and crying over Erik’s piano after he just straight up fucking died? Poetic cinema
Damn, in what moment Erik went from a creepy old man to the perfect goth gf?

Influences in the Phantom's wardrobe in the Takarazuka production of Y&K Phantom
this can not be a coincidence, they have exactly the same vibes although the execution is a bit different, like a slave girl tiara on Broadway and west end. The similarity is limited in the waist up, in Takarazuka, Haruno Sumire wears white knee-high boots.
The meaning of the ring is not clear or relevant in Takarazuka phantom, so I think it is simply a reference to Merik, I find it interesting that no Erik in any stage production use the ring on the traditional finger, which strengthens my suspicions that it's just a reference.
I mean, it is the iconic half white mask, a bit flat (all the masks of the production of 2004 are in my opinion) but still recognizable.
This is more subtle, the suit is very different, but the sleeves are very similar.
The phantom’s feather hat is not very representative of him, and in Takarazuka the feathers were only used in advertising photos, but it is still interesting I think.
