october 5th very special dog.

I drew aguará guazú a lot in 2011, and was not very good at it, but the abstraction of their form eventually led to the creation of my dear Phantom Dogs (echoing them in this picture.) brief tribute to these lovely things. I am still not very good at drawing them, but the distortion is a little more intentional this time.
