Now I’m curious with the ghouls jobs! Mostly for phantom if he was comfortable working in the morgue with the other quints or if he wanted to do something else at first. Even swiss since he’s a multi where would he work, I can’t image him doing an office like job or kitchen he’s a bit chaotic lol. Do storm and haze have a spot in the ministry job market yet since they’re so new! I’m very curious!

In my version of the ministry, ghouls don't really have a say on where they are assigned to. They only get transferred to a different job if something went horribly wrong.
Phantom is very familiar with the morgue. He got the scar on his face during his summoning and there wasn't a hospital they could go to for a ghoul so he got treated there.
The thing about working in a morgue is that it isn't just embalming. These guys aren't performing autopsies but rather prepping the deceased for viewing, which means applying makeup, reconstructing missing parts of the body, and dressing them up. The quints can make jokes or do little silly things but there is no room for them to mess around.
Phantom didn't question it because he had Aether to guide him through his duties. Plus as a ghoul, he's easily drawn to morbid stuff. The thing about him (my personal headcanon) is that his quintessence magic focuses more on psychological aspects (mind reading, retrocognition, psychometry) rather than physical (healing magic, telekinesis). He's nosy and sometimes peaks into the past of the deceased to try and get to know who they were before they died. So there are days that are too much for Phantom, especially if it involves children.
Swiss would be with Mountain tending the ministry's mini farm. I imagine that it isn't that big just a couple of chickens, goats, and a single guard goose. He has enough energy to deal with the animals there. Both him and Mountain try not to get attached to the goats because they know these animals will be used for rituals.
If I were to assign Haze and Storm, Haze would be in chapel maintenance while Storm gets an office job.
