Phantom ghoul occasionally vajazzles himself when he is feeling a little fancy. This comes as no surprise to anyone who has met him. Like yeah, of course, the guy wants to sparkle a bit, feel a little pretty.

What DOES surprise people is that he saw it on Dew first.

And that's another batch added to the outfit series. I reworked Phantom's clothes because his white hoodie was too plain for me. I also wanted some way to add those black and red/dark magenta vampire colors.
