"You are music" from the 2023 Toho production of Phantom (Yeston & Kopit, dir. Yu Shirota), Red Cast. Absolutely beautiful melody and great singing - I am in awe of how the performers slip in and out of operatic style. 🫠 One thing I always regret in the ALW version of PotO is that we never get to see Erik teaching Christine, so my heart is full right now!
The wonderfully amazing @adorare recently uploaded full English subtitles if you want to watch the entirety of the production - which I highly recommend! I knew the 2019 version before but fell in love with it all over again.
