I'm tired of being nice to people that talk down to me because THEY are ignorant and don't take the time to listen or pay attention.

Uploaded another video!! I really appreciate all the views and likes my first video received, and I hope you guys like this one even more!! (:
Drive-thru never disappoints.
Having a drive thru is a privilege for our customers that is usually taken advantage of. Today a customer came through the drive thru (not even getting a script, btw) and asks us to fetch them a bottle of Lipozene. ..no But that still doesn't top our #1 "WTF" moment of the day: A grandmother, picking up antibiotics for her grandchildren, came through our convenient drive-thru window expecting everything to be fine and dandy. Their mother faxed us her insurance card, which arrived to us completely black. Couldn't read a thing. To prevent inconveniencing our lovely drive thru customers, we suggested she come inside while we obtained what we needed from the insurance company. Little did we know, the act of her waiting inside the store was simply not practical considering she had soiled herself. Peed on herself. Had an accident. ..of which she proudly informed us. Is is bad that this isn't the only incident involving human waste that has happened at our pharmacy..?
Oh Monday..
Today is Monday. The one day of the week that I'm pretty sure everyone shares hatred for. This Monday, though, was different. Even slow at times..almost like a Friday. Of course I wasn't complaining, but I knew better than to assume my day would go with minimal insurance problems and customer grievance. Little did I know that this Monday would seem like THE perfect Monday only to sneak up and bite me in the ass literally 4 minutes before I clocked out.
We all have those customers that have infected spawns that are more important than all the others. Their infection is worse. They're in more pain. They've been sick longer.
I honestly don't care..
Wait time for drive thru is usually a minimum of 30 minutes, unless our encounter is made immediately unpleasant as a result of your misdirected anger, then its an hour. This was no different when a mother was dropping off an antibiotic and tylenol #4 for said spawn (that has never filled at this pharmacy), when told the wait was 30 minutes of course she felt the need to inform me of how bad his infection was, how swollen his face is, and how much pain he's in.
I feel for the kid but..I honestly don't care.
I proceed with copying the insurance information and send the infected spawn carriage on its way.
Time: 4:56pm
Without even having a chance to extend my welcome, Irate Mother accuses me of stealing her insurance card.
CPhT: I copied your insurance information and I remember returning it to you. You probably don't remember because you were too busy bragging about your child's sickness on the phone.
Irate Mother: Well, it's not in my pocket which is where it was when I originally took it out.
CPhT: Once I return items I do not continue to monitor it's whereabouts. Maybe your insurance company can locate it for you? We'll be sure to ask them when we call to verify your child's date of birth because they have it wrong in their system.
IM: My child has an infection. HIS FACE IS SWOLLEN. If he does not get this antibiotic in him I will have to take him to the ER! Can't you just let me pay for it and get it?
CPhT: That would be the ultimate goal..but alas, your insurance company is hindering the process. And now you are further hindering it by keeping me from calling said insurance in order for you to "just pay for it and get it".
IM: This pharmacy is useless and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never come here. This pharmacy has been nothing but problems for the entire 2 prescriptions I've ever gotten here.. [insert profanity of choice here]
CPhT: I'm sorry you feel that way. I'll just not call your insurance company to fix a problem that they caused, and make sure to tell every pharmacy I know that your insurance has your child's date of birth wrong. Have a blessed day.
Time: 5:45pm
I'm informed that Irate Mother gave me the wrong insurance card.
Happy Monday.
