09Jul22 // completely immersed in my summer research! I haven’t had much of a break since the transition from the spring semester into my research but I’m enjoying my time nonetheless! I’m mastering techniques I’ll need in the future and expanding my resume. I’m so proud of the work I’ve done to get to this point in my life. I’m living my childhood dreams of working in a lab and using so many different kinds of chemicals. If 10 year old me saw myself now I know she’d be super impressed :’)

I woke up early this morning and made myself a small breakfast and a cup of coffee. I have a lot of work to catch up on now that my uni is closed due to the weather. It gives me more time at home to work without many distractions, which is nice.
