actually I'm curious now- was I correct in my assessment that phayze doesn't care about dragoon's presence, or is it keeping tabs on her too since she came from a parallel universe?

probably! despite not being in attendance for most boss meetings, phayze is still responsible for the chaos rift in some aspect - which means that it also has multidimensional travel (if what we know is true about the rift).

its not unlikely its started keeping track of its behavior comparative to other bosses - and by extension; probably the other ocs. except maveripp, it seems kind of innocuous.

i assume phayze is responsible for most reconnaissance considering how convenient it is, being both rather hard to detect and the ability to move large distances in short amounts of time.
