Week of Promos #2: Phebes/Peter

I’m super late with this but the second person for my promo week is @crimelords! Phebes is probably my oldest tumblr friend, I met them through a friend in my Freshman year of highschool. They’re actually the one who dragged me on to this shithole of a site and taught me the ropes (not reblogging things with useless comments, using tags, all that shit).
