Our entire lives have been built on experiences - sometimes our own, but occasionally through others based on what they've told us or what we've heard. Some experiences make us feel uncomfortable, unhappy or even scared, and we use that unpleasant experience to limit any future "related" experiences. We gradually limit our life through these cumulative experiences, which we intellectually label as "lessons". The funny thing is that each experience is unique. So no matter how similar a new experience may be to the previously unpleasant one, they will never be identical. And yet, we often assume they would, and close ourselves completely to any other possibilities. We think these so-called lessons from our cumulative experience make us smarter. But if they limit us (and most of the times in illogical ways), are we really getting smarter? . . . . . #handstand #handstandjourney #ardhomukhasvanasana #scorpionpose #scorpionhandstand #scorpion #Vrschikasana #PhenomenalHandstand #handstandjunkie #upsidedown #upsidedownyogi #teamforcore #corebasic #yogaeveryblessedday #yogaislife #yogalife #yogajourney #yogalessonsarelifelessons #armbalance #yogaarmbalance #strongyogis #augustasanas #invertedbackbend #backbend #backbendjourney #yogagirl #yogainspiration
