Professional Hairstyles for Horses - Alfred
They had grown bored, which was Francis' defense if anyone asked him why exactly they were sitting in the stables, braiding (or whatever Alfred tried to do) the mane of a majestic white horse. It didn't look well, and Francis wasn't pleased with his work, but it wasn't for eternity.
Everything had started out nice enough, but as soon as they were left alone and Alfred somehow stumbled over his ribbons, things had gone downhill. They had started on their own hair (which was the reason why Alfred was currently walking around with a pink bow on top of his head), but then Eloise began talking and they both turned towards her, a maniacal look in their eyes. (She now was wearing a bowtie and looked really classy.)
And so, after working through a few chats, chicken and three horses, they were slowly running out of ribbons. Not that Francis was complaining - it would be a pain in the ass to get them all off again, even if it wasn't their problem, being kings and all. Still, there was one more thing they could do - and that was getting the make-up his mother left over, the make-up that was currently getting dusty on the attic. This would be fun.
