PETERSHAM PUBLIC HOUSE

Originally from Sydney and part of its graffiti culture, Phibs was active in community programs and has played an instrumental role in introducing others to the artistic potential of the art form. Moving to Melbourne for several years, Phibs joined the @EverfreshStudio collective and has reportedly painted so many walls around the Fitzroy neighborhood that it has become known as “Phibsroy.” Inspired by nature Phibs work in a variety of mediums bridges the divide connecting the urban and the organic, as with this wall inside the patio of my favorite bar in Sydney: Petersham Public House on Stanmore Road in the Inner West neighborhood of Petersham.  @phibs_has_instagram/  @publichousepetersham/
