(Spoiler for vol 11) Knowing that Gyoku-ou is the only one at fault here makes me so angry. Like truly, all this because you want to be Gyokuen's real son so bad, when NONE OF HIS CHILDREN ARE HIS IN THE FIRST PLACE 😭 And I get it, Gyokuen cared and so he kept the secret but honestly he should of told everyone else. I know that as a merchant he wouldn't be taken seriously unless he had offspring, but Rikuson's whole family died purely because of Gyoku-ou's insecurity. Teach your son that blood doesn't matter, and he's your eldest son nontheless. There's also the fact that Gyoku-ou was scared of people finding out and his siblings turning against him, but his siblings aren't even Gyokuen's actual kids! All of this could of been avoided and it makes me so sad for Rikuson.

I just got a new phone, and I was really excited to play love and deepspace on it. I usually play on my ipad but because it's a tablet im not on it as much as my phone (which im still not on that much). I thought I could maybe get back into it more, and write more fanfics too but I don't know if I want that anymore. I still want to write about Caleb, but it feels really bad knowing us from the global server have very little say in all of this. It is okay to not like a character in an otome game. I know that was not the only issue, and I understand why Chinese fans were upset to a degree. Still, it is extremely concerning the way some have been acting. The issues surrounding Valko could've been fixed by fixing those details and his storyline, there was no need to cut him off and it stuns me the way they actually think they were in the right. It's a beautiful game but it's just a game. You pick and choose who to pursue and if you dont like someone you simply turn your head away from them. Some (again, not all) of these fans are out of touch with reality, I hope the global fans are okay because I'm a bit more concerned about these fans than the game itself. I've seen the racist comments and the other very cruel things they have said, I'm astonished really. I also really liked Valko, he would've definitely become a favorite for me (along with Caleb and Sylus). This all feels very unnecessary I'm a tad bit disgusted. Again i totally understand some of the reasons from the Chinese fans, I hoped this could be done without deleting a character who got so much love put into his making :(
