Do you think the fire in Lost Temple happen before or after Sword spawn?, because he has to born and find by Venomshank and he didn't know about the fire so it could mean, (a least in my opinion), two things.

First, Sword spawn before the incident and Venomshank found him before Sword went to the city or met someone (or maybe he did but he didn't remember it)

Or second, he spawn after the inccident but before the creation of the church or a least before the church grow or they took the spawn point, and he can't remember so much for the trauma of seeing everthing destroyed and death impernos, they were just walking until Venomshank found them

i believe the comic depicted that the scorch happened after sword was already spawned. In the one page where lil sword was eavesdropping on windforce and venomshank, it was said that the scorch happened “two weeks ago” in that time frame.

It is likely venomshank found sword before the scorch, but under what circumstances or incident is pretty much unknown at this point
