Epistemology (what can we know?)
Classical/ Ancient (1000 years)
Medieval (1000 years after Rome falls.)
- Christianity was the dominate religion.
- Recovering books of the old philosophers. *Reconstructing (Aristotle.)
-Reformation of the Chruch
- real sense of confidence that human beings can do anything.
-searching for ways to change the flaws of the Enlightenment period.
Philosophers (all taught the other descendingly.)
Socrates (walked around questioning people with awkward questions and once a simple answer was reached he would challenge the definition of the word used.)
