The only reason the son of a dictator won the latest elections was due to the popularity of his Vice President, which he,his family, and his cronies have betrayed.

Please do not tag this blog in political posts
I am trying to escape the hellscape that is the Philippine political landscape for the sake of my mental health.
Thank you.
I think we need some positives in this sea of negatives in the Philippines’ current political climate.
I escaped to tumblr so that I won’t see political posts... and here people are posting political post as soon as the election ended.
No I do not want to see it. I have enough of that on twitter and facebook.
Kinda disappointed... why tho?
Why, just why?
Let's dissect this, shall we? First off, you made the wrong assumption that I'm for Marcos just because I clown on the Vice President and her circus performers called "supporters" Secondly, these farmers were supposed to be the Vice President's beneficiaries. One would think that they had the budget to invite them into one of their sorties and give them proper accommodation instead of letting them lie on the floor and actually have them beg for donations like towels, clothes, and slippers, but here we are. The Vice President's team needs to sort out their priorities properly. Instead of printing tarpaulins and posting them on billboards like the one pictured above they should have foregone black propaganda strategies and instead they should have got their guests proper accommodations. Now, there is still a possibility that the people responsible for the billboard are a different faction altogether, but the Vice President's team still employed black propaganda strategies in their campaign such as printing flyers that have a lot of "Marcos is bad!!!!!" at the back of the flyers. They could have used the money that went to that "Marcos is bad!!!" tidbits at the back to actually give the farmers proper accommodations. Thirdly, I was simply agreeing with the post. There was no spiel about how the Vice President is bad at priority sorting and whatnot like this comment does. Just a simple "tuod nu?" and tagging people who I know would have some comments or find it funny. Lastly, I resent the "ka luod nimo" comment for various reasons, but mainly for the audacity to call my sharing of a post and agreeing to it disgusting. You have your opinions and I have mine. You have the insolence to say that I was disrespectful to Leni's volunteers, and frankly, it was disheartening.
