CMAX is baaaaaccckkkk

While doing my 30 minutes of writing I hear my beautiful inner voice loud and proud. She gets stronger and stronger every single day that I exercise her.  The strength is impeccable. She flies so high. Beautiful and perfect in all of her cries. 

Ask and you shall receive... You are BEAUTIFUL  all the beauty you see is a reflection of you within me The breath--it moves ebbs and flows with ease. I am HERE.  present for ME.  I’m treating me right, now breathing, living healthy seeing clearly as my path rises to meet me

I stand up tall, chin up, shoulders back each step full of intention, mindfulness grace I am a package of perfection Perfectly imperfect,  every single flaw serving a beautiful purpose each and every scar kissed with bliss for every day I rise with Gratefulness<3

I let go of negative emotions towards myself, unto others for they are to be learned from and let go consider this my pledge to never inhibit my Souls growth.
