All my phobia demons! I love all my children

I finally managed to finish this and I’m proud. There’s some issues with colours here because I’ve never drawn Xen or Arlina traditionally, but now I have a better idea of what colours to use for them in the future

Plus, first time seeing Octavier with legs. He suits it weirdly XD

Genuinely didn't think I'd get this done today, but my throat has started to hurt quite a bit and while I as kinda just resting, I decided to try finishing these and somehow I did it!

I have a sketch of my phobia demons that I will be working on over the next few days

I also have ideas for a couple more pieces, one that I’m hoping to do and one that I don’t know if I’ll have the motivation to do

I just wrote up a brief backstory for Octavier because I’ve had ideas, but never anything solid, and I feel so bad for what I’ve but them through I don’t want to post it any time soon since it’s probably inappropriate with both pride months and the whole black lives matter movement, but to summarise

Below the cut as there is homophobic stuff here

They were named Oliver and AMAB They had supportive parents and happily came out as genderfluid and gay (possibly androsexual?) Their friends started an anti-LGBTQ+ gang to essentially spread hate Met a lovely non binary individual, who was attacked by their group, which caused them to finally make a deal A couple of years later, the enby was murdered by said ‘friends’, which caused their fear of being drowned that resulted in them being a water demon They died when they finally stood up to their ‘friends’, joining a group of LGBTQ+ individuals protecting more vulnerable people, and took a stray bullet to save the life of a young lesbian Their death eventually led to the city they had lived in becoming more accepting, and the ‘friends’ were locked up

You can see why it’s not appropriate to post the full things right now, but I’ve had the idea of them hiding their identity because of their friends for a long time

This is the most characters I've ever drawn in a single piece. I used a pose reference for 5, then added in the other 3. I'm actually quite happy with how this turned out

And with that, I leave everyone from my phobia demon universe, a software boi and the two newest beans who are part of my Through The Board story, as the final thing I'll draw this year and this decade

Useless OC Fact Mega Post

So with my break, I have 4 days to catch up on I believe, so below the cut will be some random facts. This time, I’ll have a theme, which is phobia demons. That’s right, each fact will be a different demon as there are 4 beans

Absence- he’s one of the only demons in the smoke realm that the Smoke King’s pesanta will let close to them. They’re very wary and often aggressive towards any lower class demons, but during one of his visits to the castle, the pesanta was by the King’s side and rather than violently barking, they actually pulled to get closer to Absence. The King says it’s an aura and he actually holds a lot more respect for Absence now, but the demon insists he’s just good with animals

Tommy- while most demons become non binary, polyamourous and pansexual because gender and attraction changes a lot after death, they were already poly and pan in their mortal life. Tommy never found a poly relationship as they struggled to find others who felt the same way and was only a young adult when they died, but death has now given them the perfect opportunity to find others to share their un-life with

Amira- in her mortal life, Amira was actually a trans woman who never transitioned. She got used to her dysphoria and told herself that the distress she felt was a punishment from God for something she did in her past life, but upon waking in the shadow realm, she finally saw that her spirit was female all along and how she had felt for years was not only valid but meant she had been trans. Safe to say she’s never looked back and fully embraces who she always was

Octavier- they love being in the mortal realm and have been mistaken for a merperson multiple times. Though they couldn’t get there until meeting Absence, now they have a fast track pass to escape to a select few universes to swim around in the ocean, marvelling at the marine life and surprising some unsuspecting sailors when a golden skinned merperson swims up to the boat for a quick chat. There are even some old mythological books with artwork of a merperson who suspiciously looks like Octavier...

Happy Pride Month from some of my beans

Taya is a trans woman now loving a happy life with friends who accept her

Time is one of the few straight ocs I have, but you'd better believe he's an ally and very supportive, especially to his lesbian best friend

Octavier is a non binary disaster of a gay with a big heart who everyone seems to love
