I didn’t really know much about her before you requested her, but I think she’s really cool!!

The big ball of light is meant to represent her connection to Leto and Apollo and their gift of prophecy while the stars represent her connection to Artemis, Asteria, and Hecate and their association with astrology and witchcraft

Will probably come back later and make a full design for her

Today, Phoebe’s voice can still be heard whispering ancient wisdoms and guiding mortals to the right path to their future.
