there was still a part of phoebe that was fairly certain that what had happened was a dream, or a highly realistic performance put on by the white house for their entertainment. she wasn’t sure, but she’d go with option one if she didn’t hear people discussing the events in the street. “i was thinking.” she spoke, eyes meeting with the person standing nearby “it might be a little bit soon, but what about if i made a doccumentary?” she questioned “—interviewed people about their experiences, let them talk through what happened..”

after the disaster that was the white houses halloween masquarade ball, phoebe was putting all of her effort into what she knew best. she was going to doccument what had happened. a short doccumentary, detailing different peoples experiences. “thank you, for talking to me.” she offered the other a soft smile “i know it might be a hard thing to talk about, this soon i mean.”
