5. Calling them lost from somewhere
"Phoenix, I know you want to keep moving but I'm telling you, you need to stay put. It'll be easier to find you that way." Spencer worked hard to level his breathing, and although he was succeeding, he was still rather panicked. The last thing he wanted was anything bad to happen to his fellow agent. Getting lost normally wasn't that big of a deal, but according to Phoenix it was the middle of nowhere, and his phone only got service in one spot. Very bad service. Spence wasn't even sure if he could hear him, all the noise on the other end was static.
"You'll be alright." Reid told him as much as he told himself, closing his eyes and trying hard to think of a starting point. "If there is any way you can get through this shitty cell reception, I need to know if there are any noteable landmarks. Are you by trees or mountains? A city or a rural area? These things will help me find you."
