So for a final i had to review a hypothetical case and come up with a ruling using the precedents set by the supreme court, i felt like such a racist, classicist, homophobic, sexist fuck, that didn't give a damn about equal protection, i do not know if this is my twisted ability to write based on assumptions i think are FUBAR or if i'm just a racist, sexist, classicist, homophobic fuck.
