Good! Gamestop should be hiring now for the Spr/Sum seasons, and most likely you'll start off seasonal and earning a more permanent placement. If that happens, some stores emphasize preorder quotas/reward card pro quotas as well like all retail stores. As long as you cinch the interview you'll do fine.

As someone who've worked in gamestop before, it's a great place for beginner experience. They really look for people who aren't afraid to go up and greet/ask people more than VG knowledge (that's a bonus). Their application's online (google, attach copy of resume optional in some places) and they'll interview you with general questions incl. "whats your fave game/why?","a disappointment you've overcome","why do you want to work here", and "traits people describe you with".

oh ym god finally someone who has answered me. xo first of all thank you ! that’s great because im really looking for something i know i will enjoy. i will turn 18 in december and i want to work for my own money ( i always return at 5 pm at home from school ._.). also its a really good possibility to work with video games and grow from this shy person to an confident person lmao. thank you again for answering my questions. <3 i hope i will get a job there.
