Today in fashion choices even my artist’s eye is t sure works

We have

Black shorts, a blue and red T-shirt gifted to me several months ago.

And a perfectly tailored West African button down shirt gifted to me when I was much younger and too embarrassed to wear at that age. And even though the shoulder pads were recently removed the thing is still too tight around the shoulders.

Pretty sure color combo doesn’t work but pretty unsure.
