Fundamental of Physics
Fundamentals of Physics provides a comprehensive introduction to the core concepts of physics, including mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and quantum theory. It emphasizes conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and real-world applications, making it a foundational resource for students and enthusiasts aiming to grasp the laws governing the physical universe. The book often uses simple explanations alongside mathematical formulations to bridge the gap between theory and practice

All about of Heel Spur
All about of Heel Spur
Healthy feet have a longitudinal and a transverse arch. The weight of our body is dynamically distributed with each step from the heel over the arch of the longitudinal arch,
the metatarsal bones, and the transverse arch in the forefoot. It comes to a rolling motion. Sarwarpro provides the Best Heel Spur Treatment in Delhi.
Longitudinal and transverse vaults are braced by strong muscles and ligaments. As a result, they achieve high stability. The vault makes the foot resilient and, to a degree, flexible. This protects him, for example, from wear.
To prevent the arch of the foot from becoming flattened, it is spanned by a tendon plate called the plantar aponeurosis. It rises from the inner part of the heel bone and then turns into straps attached to the toes. The tendon plate is made of fibrous material.
If it is permanently overloaded, for example, by long-running or standing on hard floors, obesity, foot deformities such as kinking foot, wrong and bad footwear, or lack of warm-up phases during training, the plantar fascia can become inflamed. It creates too much pressure on the tendon plate.
In the tendon plate, microcracks may form on the overstressed portions. The surrounding tissue is chronically inflamed. As a result, lime deposits here, which closes the cracks and virtually stabilizes the tendon plate. This is how the bone spur arises.
What is the heel spur?
A heel spur usually causes uncomfortable, sharp pains in the heel area. Especially in the morning after getting up, they are often very violent. One has the feeling of having stepped on a nail. The pain usually subsides after a few steps.
A heel spur is detectable by X-ray only in about 10% of the population. As often no discomfort occurs, a heel spur often goes undetected and becomes noticeable only through pain during prolonged overload. The symptoms worsen significantly during longer running. Pain is also running on hard ground.
Diagnosis:
A heel spur can grow up to ten millimeters. It is diagnostically detectable by applying pressure to the middle of the heel bone during palpation. This leads to a pain sensation. If no heel spur is detectable in the X-ray, computerized tomography (MRI) may detect chronic inflammation of the tendon plate.
Who is particularly vulnerable?
Long-distance runner
Weekend runners in middle age: Fat pads in the heel are almost “shock absorbers”. They shrink with age
Overweight
People with untreated misalignment (kink-dropping) of the foot
How to prevent a heel spur
If exercising regularly, you should protect your feet from being overworked. Take time to warm up and stretch before sport. Equally important are stretching exercises, even after exercise.
Pain in the heel is usually a sign of congestion. Sport should be avoided in the pain phase. Rest the foot and cool the heel with ice.
Overweight people should try to reduce their weight. As a result, the arch of the foot can be relieved considerably while walking.
How is a heel spur treated?
There are several non-surgical methods to successfully treat a heel spur:
Insoles: They prevent direct contact between the heel and the floor when walking. This relieves the painful point on the heel.
Physiotherapy: stretching exercises, physical therapy Here Sarwarpro provides the Best physiotherapist Treatment in Delhi.
Shock wave therapy: concentrated high-energy sound waves are directed at the painful point
Special rails: They are worn at night and pull (stretch) the forefoot about 5 ° in the direction of the head.
Anti-inflammatory drugs for support
If conservative treatments are not successful, surgery is the last resort.

Abstract
Paper hypothesis
The Solar Planets Revolutions Around The Sun Be Done In Equal Periods of Time
Paper hypothesis Explanation
(I)
- The Solar Planets move as gears in one machine- each planet motion depends on the other planets motions.
- The solar planets motions be integrated with one another to create one unified integrated motion.
- The unified integrated motion causes the planets revolutions around the sun to be done in equal periods of time, to save the timing adjustments of the planets motions to be integrated with one another.
- The equal periods causes the planets motions to use different rates of time to adjust the planets orbital distances increasing and their velocities decreasing
- The equal periods of time and the using of the different rates of time causes the solar system distances to be created in a network form
- The distances network means, the distances be created based on one geometrical design and be distributed as a network.
- This vision attributes 3 new features to the solar planets motions which are:
- (1) The Planets Move An Integrated Unified Motion
- (2) The Planets Motions Use Different Rates Of Time
- (3) The Solar System Distances Be Created In A Network Form
- By that, the solar group be similar to a great mechanical clock, each planet works as a gear moves depending on the other planets motions and defines a part of the solar system general rate of time (the general rate of time is the solar day 86400s)
(II)
- Mars was the next planet after Mercury with original orbital distance 84 mkm
- Pluto was the Mercury moon revolving around it
- The Earth Moon and Saturn weren't created in that time
- Also the sun wasn't created in that time. The Sun is the last created piece in the solar system
- Then
- Mars And Pluto had migrated from their original orbital distances to their current positions.
- The solar system distances network was effected greatly by the planets migration.
- The solar system network design tried to repair the negative effects of the planets migration.
- As a result, the solar system network forced the outer and inner planets motions periods of time to use Mars and Pluto rate of time as their basic rate.
- That put Mars and Pluto as 2 heads for the solar system motion.
(III)
- The Equal periods theory disproves Newton Theory Of The Sun Mass Gravity, for many basic reasons (1st The sun is the last created piece in the solar system) and (2nd the planets motions be integrated disproving planet motion independency concept) and (3rd the solar planets motion be transported or caused in a series from one planet to another in sequence series but Newton vision told all planets connect with the sun by the mass gravity)
Paper Objectives
- (1st Objective) The paper proves, The Solar Planets Revolve Around The Sun In Equal Periods Of Time
- (2nd Objective) The Paper Provides The Solar System Creation Theory.

The sooner you seek physical therapy for knee or hip pain, the better. Contact PhysioWorks in Kent, WA today to schedule an appointment!
The hips and knees are the body’s largest joints. They work in close coordination with each for mobility and support the body’s weight. The hips and knees have a demanding task.
The knee is made of several ligaments and muscles and is a complicated joint. Knee pain can wreak havoc on your quality of life. As a matter of fact, knee pain is the second most common cause of chronic pain. The hip joint consists of two main parts: the femoral head and the acetabulum.
