"it's good that they're making special exam arrangements though" yeah wow it's almost like there are laws about making reasonable adjustments for disabled people can we not act like it's going above and beyond the call of duty to make exams merely difficult for me instead of completely impossible because it just gives me the impression you think this is them being nice and not an absolute basic requirement which makes me think you don't think I'm disabled enough to need these adjustments

i need to do things today but i stayed up until 3am because i am a FOOL and apparently having had an improved sleep pattern the last two weeks means i can’t do this anymore because i feel terrible

things i need to do:

* call the hospital back * go to post room bc i’m meant to be getting a parcel but i haven’t had a notification yet? * go to gaelic history lecture * go to specsavers (to pick up sunglasses and get glasses adjusted) * vote in local and mayoral election * do some other work (either irish or start on gaelic history essay reading)

however i’m currently sitting here in my pyjamas at half twelve contemplating eating an entire garlic baguette and pretending i don’t have a splitting headache so

so anyway I'm stressed and in pain and my first exam is in four days and I'm not ready at all and also did I mention I'm in pain and I can't fucking sleep because my anxiety is doing that Uncontrollable Terror of Mortality thing it does whenever I'm not coping with life and now all I can think about every time I try to sleep is the fact I am going to die and everyone I care about is going to die and death is terrifying and what is the point of life because we're all fucking dying!!!!!! so that's not helping fucking ANYTHING right now and the subsequent fatigue is making me unproductive and being unproductive is stressing me to hell and back and I know I won't fail the exams but I'd quite like to do better than "not fail" and anyway there's nothing worse than staring at an exam paper and not knowing how to answer the questions and I just !!!! need to be not in pain right now so I could have a hope of dealing with these things !!!! how are you guys doing?

i did like two things this morning and it wore me out so much i slept all afternoon and then i made dinner (which literally consisted of sticking food in the oven, not fancy) and that wore me out again so I'm in bed with my Kindle ffs what is up with this total lack of spoons??? why am i so tired??? body get your shit together
