When I think of an awesome Customer Experience even an expected one it starts with how well the Company listens to me, understands my challenges my needs and painpoints and do their best to share them under their Business Goals I mean I’m bringing my business to your Company and that’s the least I can expect, besides respect of course. Then once the Sales Order is done that’s the point where you are on your own... the Product box come in with an unsolicited item and first touchpoint is the OnlineSupport which of course it starts with an annoying Chatbot that doesn’t get you anything but wasted time, once you realize that, then you are automatically pushed into a chat with a “real human” and it starts over again, you have to tell the story again as they know nothing, meaning nothing about you, not even knowing that you are a New Customer, then, at some point they say well this is above our OnlineCustomerService so you have to go to the traditional CustomerService through the ContactCenter then is like back to square one as after wasting monumental massive amounts of time there you’re being pushed to the #PhysicalStore of course, and everything starts over again... what’s funny here is that #Companies spend #money and #time talking about being #CustomerCentric, countless hours running #MarketResearch #Behavioral #Etnographic and whatever you name they will do, then getting into designing the right and remarkable #CustomerExperience that comes with countless #offline to #online #touchpoints that sadly fall under isolated disconnected internal departments in the Company ( i.e. Sales Customer Service OnlineService OnlineSales and I easily can kepp going on and on) that don’t even share the same business goals, not even the same Customer data and not even the same Customer View then they claim to have the most remarkable Omnichannel Customer Experience ever...such a pain, really just try Cell Phone Companies to start with...then tell me what tou think about the Experience...🤬🤬🤬 (at New York metropolitan area) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bu-STVXB1Qw/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=14nxqgzrbyg82
